Meet Thania

Your San Antonio real estate partner

When I joined real estate, I didn't know how amazing it would be, or how much I would love what I do. My career began with investors who acquire properties to renovate and hold. Who doesn't like a good makeover? I love seeing design ideas come to life as a property gets a much-needed facelift.

As a homeowner and investor myself, I know how lengthy and stressful the process can be for buyers and sellers alike. It would be a privilege to guide you through a smooth journey, and I look forward to making your homeownership and investment goals come true.

Before real estate, I enjoyed a long-overdue mini-retirement after my tenure with the State of Texas. I have a history of guiding clients through challenges and finding creative solutions. With a legal and investigative background, I strive to be efficient and accurate so you can make important, life-changing decisions with confidence. I'm comfortable in just about any setting and have built relationships with clients from all walks of life.

In my spare time, I enjoy scoping out investment opportunities, creating educational content, traveling, and spending time with my doggies.
